1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between btw777 (hereinafter "btw777", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service made available through the btw777 website, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games, and any promotional or bonus offering.

btw777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to btw777's satisfaction, the Platform may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access btw777's services, Players must complete the registration process and create a single account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active btw777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate information. Players must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

btw777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All Players may be required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal or at any time deemed appropriate by btw777's compliance team.

Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).

5 Use of the Platform

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the btw777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age or location.
• Money laundering — using the btw777 platform for the purpose of depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by btw777, or engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies in bad faith.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. btw777 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. btw777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, Players should be aware that their payment provider may apply transaction charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to a review period. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take between one (1) and three (3) business days. btw777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Any active bonus balance attached to the account must have its wagering requirements met before the associated funds can be withdrawn. btw777 reserves the right to request that a deposit be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of that principal amount is approved, in order to prevent money laundering through the platform.

Currency. All transactions on the btw777 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). btw777 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Exchange-rate risk is borne entirely by the Player if funds originate from a foreign currency source.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

14 Limitation of Liability
